Who You Work with Matters
Bonneau Ansley is the top selling agent in Atlanta and his team is the number one team in the state of Georgia, as ranked by the Wall Street Journal, Real Trends. Team Bonneau has worked together for years and created an experience for their clients that is second to none. Communication, sales skills, social media and multi-media collateral, unmatched networks and good old fashioned hard work wins the day. There is no substitute for putting in the work. Along the way, experience is gained, you get better, you grow, you surround yourself with extraordinary people who care…it cannot be beat.
After years of developing and selling properties along the Georgia coast, Bonneau experienced a devastating house fire, packed up his young family, and moved to Atlanta. The year was 2008 when the market was tanking, but Bonneau leaned in and rolled up his sleeves. The first one in the office every day, cold calling, developing systems and building a business, he deliberately focused on the positive and supporting his family. Successful selling is an honest conversation. It’s listening and being resourceful to help that client get what they want. Bonneau began to build his team and in his first year was the number one selling agent at his office. Hard knocks build character.
After seven years at an older firm, Bonneau broke free in December 2015 and created his eponymous Ansley Real Estate to be what he envisioned as the brokerage of today. Bonneau has continued with his team, created a developer services arm, partnered with @ Properties in Chicago to access Pl@tform, won numerous industry awards, and broadened his speaking and contributions to community. Friendships with a diverse group of people across industries, interests and investments in a range of start ups and an unflinching curiosity for more continues to fuel Bonneau. With all of this activity, the thrill of the sale still gives Bonneau a big smile. Making people happy is such a simple premise, but it is so cool to see a family really love the house they just bought. Or to see somebody happy to sell and move on to their next adventure. Real estate encompasses architecture, economics, design, interiors, community, psychology, family and so much more. Who you work with matters.
